Siding, brick, stone, and stucco can't take the pressure I put on a driveway, so they get soft washed instead: low pressure and a detergent that kills the algae and mildew rather than just knocking it loose. While I'm on the walls I also clear cobwebs, mud-dauber and bird nests, and hand-detail the exterior lamps and lanterns, because that's usually what people actually notice from the driveway.
Benefits
Whole Exterior, Not Spots
Siding, eaves, trim, and fixtures get washed together so the house has one consistent look instead of clean patches.
Kills Mildew, Not Just Rinses It
The detergent neutralizes the organic growth at the root, so it takes much longer to come back.
Paint and Mortar Stay Put
High pressure can strip paint and chew mortar. Low pressure plus dwell time cleans without that risk.
Safe for Plants & Pets
We pre-soak landscaping, use biodegradable detergents, and rinse plants throughout the job.
Nests and Cobwebs Removed
Bug and bird nests under eaves, in corners, and around lights come off as part of the wash.
