I'm Braylen Flores, and I clean windows myself alongside my technicians. On the outside I use a water-fed pole with deionized water so the glass dries without mineral spotting. Inside, and anywhere the glass needs real attention, I switch to a squeegee and scrubber, an almond or fine steel wool pad for stuck-on residue, and a scraper when a window needs it. Which method I use depends on your windows, not on a script.
