Pressure Washing

Driveways, patios, sidewalks, and siding washed at the pressure the surface can take.

I pressure wash two kinds of things: home siding, where the goal is usually getting bug and bird nests, cobwebs, and built-up film off the walls, and flat concrete — driveways, patios, and sidewalks — where years of organic staining have darkened the surface. Concrete gets a surface cleaner and full pressure. Siding gets far less. Deeply stained concrete gets pre-treated, washed, rinsed, and post-treated so it stays clean longer.

Benefits

Concrete Back to Its Real Color

Most driveways and sidewalks aren't gray anymore because of organic staining. Washing brings the original color back.

Nests and Cobwebs Off the House

Siding washing removes mud-dauber nests, bird nests, cobwebs, and the dust film that collects under eaves and around fixtures.

Slows Regrowth

A post-treatment on stained concrete keeps algae and organic growth from coming back as fast as a plain wash.

Safer Walkways

Algae and moss on steps, patios, and pool decks get slick when wet. Washing them removes the hazard.

Pressure Matched to the Surface

Concrete takes high pressure. Siding, wood, and mortar don't, so they get a low-pressure approach instead.
